The cast of Critical Role celebrated with a half hour long party to end the Kickstarter campaign, along with guests from another successful Kickstarter, Mystery Science Theater. The initial goal of this campaign was to create one 22-minute animated episode of Critical Role following the tales of the adventuring group known as Vox Machina. Critical Role is a group of various voice actors who live stream their Dungeon and Dragon’s campaigns to the delight of their fans. They decided to launch a Kickstarter to fund a fully animated venture of a D&D campaign.
CRITTERS PLEDGE $60/£45We anticipate that many of you looking at this Kickstarter are brand new to crowd-funding. Which means we took the decision to keep things as simple as we can. Historically most Kickstarter projects tend to charge a little bit more for the initial offering than they strictly need to and then ‘bump’ up the perceived value through stretch goals and other complicated ideas like thatit can end up being very daunting to work out what pledge levels go with what and how much you need to commit etc.So to avoid this confusion, for this Kickstarter we have simply given you one pledge level at an amazingly good price. This means that pledge level already includes all the Kickstarter exclusives and no Stretch Goals will be available during the campaign. What you see, is what you get.simple! However, the world of Exandria is a rich and detailed place with many wonderful characters worthy of making into miniatures. Rest assured, this is just the beginning of this journey for all of us.and don't forget, we're all ridiculously excited about this project and working hand in hand with CR over the coming years to bring the for world of Tal'dorei to your homes. And hey, who knows what random encounters might happen over the course of the KS campaign. So just one question remains:How do you want to do this?
